Transition to Training and Coaching

As my career progressed, I recognized that my true impact could be magnified by empowering others. Transitioning from direct sales to training and coaching, I developed programs for sales teams and managers, particularly in the renewable energy sector. With the support of Solar Now’s training team, I designed training solutions that enhanced product knowledge, elevated sales techniques, and fostered a customer-eccentric mindset.

Expanding Expertise: Sanitation, Clean Cooking, Construction, and Self-Education

My expertise expanded when I joined Whitten Roy Partnership as a sales consultant, training and coaching sales teams across sectors including sanitation, clean cooking, and construction. These experiences broadened my perspective on the unique challenges of promoting diverse products, allowing me to guide sales teams toward more impactful and effective solutions.

Regional Experience: Uganda, Kenya, and Rwanda

My work across Uganda, Kenya, and Rwanda gave me a deep understanding of the diverse market dynamics within these regions. Whether working in rural Uganda, urban Kenya, or building leadership capacity in Rwanda, I adapted my coaching and training programs to fit the distinct needs of each environment, always focusing on impact and growth.

In addition to coaching sales teams, I have dedicated much of my career to empowering entrepreneurs, particularly in the fields of sanitation, clean energy, and self-education. New Developments: Digital Products and Marketing

My newest development is in the knowledge industry, where I focus on creating digital products and digital marketing strategies. These courses come with Master Resell Rights (MRR) and Private Label Rights (PLR), enabling my clients to market and sell high-value digital content with ease.
